今天是我在現在這家公司工作滿十年的日子，從一進去是 「Southwestern Bell」，然後變成 「SBC」，之後又把行動電話部門分出來成為 「Cingular Wireless」，然後又把 AT&T 給買下來，公司又改成 「AT&T」。
剛開始我是在 IT 部門，因為在 IT 大家都喜歡跳槽，能工作個五年，算是很不錯，所以當時主管還發了一封工作五年的里程碑信。
Five years ago today, Joanne started working for Cingular Wireless. In the last five years she has seen the formation of Cingular Wireless, including all that resulted in integrating those eleven (or so) wireless companies, recently the AT&T Wireless merger, and throughout it all she has consistently produced a whole lot of website and design work representing not only a high level of creativity (within the constraints of a large corporate environment!) but also the ability to move with so many changes!
So I acknowledge this milestone, congratulate Joanne, and say how much I and so many others appreciate her and her work!

JOANNE CHAO / VISUAL DESIGN / FLASH
We are very excited to have Joanne Chao, who joined the team February 27 as a visual design manager. A member of the Cingular family since 2000, Joanne comes into the team from the HCD organization where she created various page level comps, UI elements, animations, coded and debugged HTML/CSS front-end elements. She is very familiar with the My CSP program as she was a key contributor in building the visual foundation of the program, including the style guide.
Prior to Cingular, Joanne spent five years working as a Web developer, graphic artist, and marketing specialist for leading companies in Texas and overseas in Taiwan. She brings excellent Flash animation and action scripting skills to the team and was recognized with a Cingular Wireless Key Contributor Award in 2004.
Joanne holds an M.S. in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems, and a B.A. in Applied Arts.
